Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of Warren Central High School!
What a wonderful time to be a Warrior! There are so many great things happening throughout the Pride of the Eastside, and I am excited to share a few updates with our Warren Central families.
A huge shout-out to our student-athletes and student performers who have worked hard and prepared all summer for their seasons and performances. Our Warriors are already finding success on the fields, courts, and stages, and we could not be more proud!
Be sure to visit our athletics and performing arts websites to stay up to date on upcoming competitions, performances, and events.
There is nothing that demonstrates Warrior Pride quite like showing up and supporting our fellow Warriors. We hope to see you in the stands and in the audience cheering them on!
A friendly reminder that Mid-Quarter 1 grades will be posted by September 2nd.
Please take some time to review your student's progress in each of their courses. Remember, we are still early in the nine-week grading period, so there is plenty of time to improve grades, seek support, and get back on track if needed.
Tutoring continues each week, along with Academic Advisory support. Please encourage your student to take advantage of the resources available to help them reach their academic goals.
Important September Dates
Please mark your calendars:
Monday, September 7 — No School in observance of Labor Day.
Tuesday, September 8 — E-Learning Day. Students will participate in an asynchronous E-Learning Day while our staff engage in professional development. Additional information regarding assignments and expectations will be shared with students closer to the date.
Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and for everything you do to support our students. When families, staff, and students work together, Warrior Nation is at its best!
There is always something wonderful happening in Warren—the Pride of the Eastside!
Have a wonderful week!
