CLUBS

Warren schools offer a variety of clubs throughout the school year. Watch school newsletters throughout the year for upcoming activities.

Art Club: Fourth grade students are selected for this club by Ms. Winebrenner to extend their existing talent in art.

Patriot Pack: Patriot Pack are 4th grade students who will participate in a variety of school community activities and projects as our student counsil.

Choir Club: Fourth grade students involved in this club learn the art of vocal music. Students are selected by Mrs. Meuer and participate in a wide range of vocal productions.

Intramurals: Fourth grade students participate in a wide range of sport activities including kickball, track, field hockey, etc.

Patriot Practice: Students in this club have the opportunity to expand on daily learning.

Boys and Girls Club: Students who participate in Boys and Girls Club experience a wide variety of educational and social activities. For one hour a day they do homework and receive tutoring. Organized social and activites are planned after the educational time. This is provided by a grant from Indiana Department of Education.

YMCA Before and After School Care: K-4th grade students who participate in this before and after school program receive a minimum of 30 minutes of homework help, engage in physical activities, learn healthy eating habits, and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, and STEM related projects.

Voices of Liberty: 3rd and 4th grade students who participate work on furthering their musical skills through singing, practicing proper singing technique, singing challenging repertoire, and choreography. The Voices of Liberty perform at school-wide, and even some district-level events throughout the year.

Running Club: This fall and spring club promotes wellness and the lifelong health benefits of running. Student runners in grades 2nd-4th set and achieve individual running goals by collecting data and working to improve weekly.

Robotics Club: 4th grade club members collaborate, design, build, and operate a working robot to compete in competitions.

Math Bowl: Math Bowl is a 4th grade academic competition club held in the spring semester. Any 4th grader is welcome to join the club and stay after school for practices. A competition team is formed from this club and they compete in the district invitational.

Spell Bowl: Spell Bowl is a 4th grade academic competition club held during the fall semester. Any 4th grader is welcome to join the club and stay after school for practices. A competition team is formed from this club and they compete in the district invitational.

Basketball Team - 4th grade inner school district competition

Announcement Crew: Students in grades K-4 are selected from each class on a rotating schedule. Teachers choose students who model C.O.R.E. behaviors. These students lead the school in the Pledge of Allegiance, the C.O.R.E. pledge, and the school motto.

Flag Crew: 4th grade students are specially nominated by their teachers. These students are trained in the proper ways to handle and fold the American Flag. They are responsible for raising the flag in the morning and taking it down at the end of the day.

Garden of LIFE and Recycling Crew: Students enrolled in our LIFE/II program maintain our Garden of LIFE. Students water, plant, and prune the plants in the garden, as well as, feed the birds. They also work to help the environment by collecting and recycling paper throughout the building.
