Mrs. Hench has served as a school administrator and teacher in Warren Township for the past 30 years. Mrs. Hench has been a classroom teacher, Instructional Coach, and District Literacy Coordinator. She served as the Assistant Principal at Liberty Park Elementary for 7 years. Mrs. Hench became the principal at Liberty Park Elementary in the 2024-2025 school year.

Education:

• Indiana Wesleyan University – Administrative Certification K-12

• Ball State University – Master of Arts in Education

• Purdue University – Bachelor of Arts, Elementary Education with a Minor in Reading and Computer Education

I would like to welcome you to Liberty Park Elementary. As principal, I am honored and excited for another great year as we continue the strong tradition of excellence here at Liberty Park Elementary.

At Liberty Park Elementary we promote and encourage a safe and caring environment by embracing our CORE values.
